What we do

A structured complaint and resolution platform. A complaint is filed with evidence, categorised, and routed to the company's designated contact with a defined response window. If it is not resolved in that window it becomes public on the company's profile with a resolution rate score attached, which is the pressure that makes the system work. Companies can claim their profile, respond, and resolve, and resolved complaints are marked as such prominently, so participating is genuinely better than ignoring. Regulatory escalation paths are explained and the filing is prepared where a regulator has jurisdiction.

Who we built it for

Consumers across Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya with unresolved complaints against banks, telecoms, airlines, e-commerce sellers, utilities and service providers. Also the companies who genuinely want to fix things and cannot see what is broken.

The problem

Consumer complaints in these markets disappear.

Support lines do not answer, emails are ignored, and regulators are slow and unknown to most people.

The only escalation that works is public embarrassment on social media, which is chaotic, often unfair, and only works for people with an audience.

Companies meanwhile have no aggregated view of what is actually failing.
